👉 Ingredients and preparation:

3 large eggs
a pinch of salt
gradually add 180 grams of sugar
whisk eggs with sugar for 8-9 minutes
a trail should remain for 1-2 seconds
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
150-160 grams of flour
carefully mix the flour into the eggs
peel 2 large apples and cut into slices
place baking paper on the bottom of the baking tray
place the apple pieces on a greased and floured baking tray
pour the batter over the apples
⌀22 cm
bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes
check readiness with a wooden skewer
there should be no batter on the wooden skewer
