Coal trains run from the mines to the Port of Newcastle, through Maitland , and with trains running 24/7 , you don't have to wait long to catch one. The Main line North also runs through Maitland , so many intermodal and passenger trains also pass through this busy corridor. We are set up at East Maitland, 2 stations south of Maitland Central .
