Why is Kakashi so much stronger in the War Arc? We clearly see that there is a spike of power in the Naruto series during the war arc but Kakashi Hatake gets much stronger out of nowhere. Kakashi can spam Kamui, use his Sharingan and Mangekyou Sharingan without much thought, and also use Raikiri, Lightning Cable, Shadow clones, and other jutsus dozens of times.

Kakashi vs Obito is a great fight, but Kakashi wasn't strong enough to fight Obito before the war arc. Kakashi also fought Obito's Jinchurikis in their full tailed besats forms as well as version two in the War Arc, and we are not even mentioning DMS Kakashi.
