- 1 pc. Onion minced
- 4 Cloves garlic minced
- 300g Pork giniling
- ¼ Cup Annatto oil
- ¼ Cup butter
- 5 pcs. Cooked egg
Fish sauce and pepper to taste
Water and cornstarch mixture

For the stock
- Salt
- Water
- Shrimp head
- Bullion shrimp and pork

Toppings
- Chicharon
- Tinapa (smoked Fish)
- Shrimp
- Squid
- Fried tofu

Garnish
- Spring onion
- Calamansi
