अपने गाँव लौटने के बाद, रवि को पता चला कि स्थानीय किसानों पर एक निरंकुश जमींदार द्वारा अत्याचार किया जा रहा है। फिर वह एक स्टैंड लेने और अत्याचारी के खिलाफ पंचायत चुनाव लड़ने का फैसला करता है।

After returning to his village, Ravi learns that the local farmers are being oppressed by a despotic landlord. He then decides to take a stand and contest the panchayat elections against the tyrant.
