After a month of anticipation, we finally dined at *Eight* on August 10th, and it was absolutely worth the wait. This gem from Mumbai has brought its top-tier culinary excellence to Lucknow, making it one of the finest dining spots in the city.

From Japanese to Thai, Seafood to Chinese, the menu at Eight is a Pan-Asian delight. We indulged in Som Tam Salad, Crispy Tenjin Garlic Prawns, Crispy Chicken Wings Cubes, a refreshing Mocktail, Japanese Noodles, and a dish called Chungpa. Every bite was a flavor explosion, and we enjoyed the food so much that we stayed until closing time!

The ambience was just as impressive, with a relaxing vibe and even liquor to complement the meal. The night became truly unforgettable when we met Ayush, one of Lucknow's best violinists, who serenaded us beautifully. It was the perfect birthday celebration!
