We've all been there, it is tiring, draining and HARD to keep on your path to better Mental Health. Keeping motivation on any long-term goal is a challenge, but with Mental Health is way harder than other things in life.

In this video I talk about why it can be so hard, and what we can do in order to stay motivated and on top of our healing journey.
