The night street food market in Ahmedabad is huge !
Just like many Indian Street food Markets,
Manek Chowk in Ahmedabad is regarded as the oldest night street food market of Ahmedabad but the newly opened Food Truck park Ahmedabad - Gandhinagar Highway offers even more Street Food at relatively better surroundings and environment.

If one happens to visit Ahmedabad, the food truck park is worth a try !

So here is what I had :-

1) TANDOORI CHAI -
Tea prepared and passed through a tandoor roasted earthen pot before serving to get a smokey flavour.

Price Rs 25/-

2) CHOLE TIKKI -
Potato tikki shallow fried in desi ghee and topped with chole, chutney, onions and sev.

Price Rs 60/-

3) SPECIAL DOSA -
Fusion dosa made with veggies and schezwan sauce, loaded with dry fruits, butter and cheese.
Served with coconut chutney and sambar.

Price Rs 200/-

4) TANDOORI MOMOS -
Steamed momos coated with tandoori marinade and grilled on skewers.
Served with tomato chilli dip.

Price Rs 100/-

5) JAMUN SHOTS
Fresh jamun pulp made into a thick shake, served in short glasses.
Price Rs 60/-

7) MAGGI PAKORAS -
Maggi noodles made into pakoras with gram flour. Served with onions and green chillies.

Price Rs 50/-

5) MANCHURIAN NOODLES -
Stir fried noodles tossed with vegetable manchurian balls and schezwan sauce.

Price Rs 170/-

8) DABELI -
Classic gujarati delicacy which is a butter pav stuffed with masala peanuts and spicy potato masala.

Price Rs 20/-

9) PINEAPPLE ICE CREAM CHEESE SANDWICH -
A unique sandwich made by stuffing pineapple jam, pineapple slices and vanilla ice cream and grated cheese between two breads.
