From today all owners, users and lovers of pellet stoves IFLAME, BIOMASS, NEMAXX, DOKII and other large number of Asian assembly stoves, can enjoy the true power, energy efficiency and gas extraction flow, as it should.

Yes... You deserve this explanation and a simple MOD that you can do yourself, or otherwise take to your nearest welding shop and help you with a few simple steps and very few euros... Yes very few euros, to enjoy a great amount of heat and most importantly, raise the energy efficiency and you will know how to improve the combustion of a pellet stove.

For a long time we have been trying to decipher the low performance and the accumulation of creosotes in the burner of these stoves.

We are also aware that since these stoves have been on the market, some years have passed and nowadays this burner in some of them has changed its design to a more efficient and current one.

It is precisely because of a bad design and a leakage of the combustion air flow and the lack of power in the cleanings, that make this burner become a real nightmare for the owners of all these stoves of Asian assembly and distribution at European level.

The pellet loading and suction parameters have been modified in an exaggerated way, also caused more than one technician and installer the loss of man-hours and the return of the amounts charged for calibration and commissioning, since the stoves are not able to produce the energy capacity certified by the manufacturer and end up closing the cycle with a funnel by producing bad combustion in excess.

Product of this, the abundant ash and the great accumulation of soot, creosotes and carbonization in the burner itself, the combustion chamber, the exchangers and finally and most importantly in the exhaust ducts.

This burner modification is the first one and we are going to do more soon.
