Hello elegant art friends! Today I'm going to be using a Tombow brush pen to draw some rough anatomy sketches and am coloring out the rest of the spread using my Master's Touch alcohol markers. But more to the point, I am pontificating on the TRUTH about ART ADVICE!! (The irony of it, tho...) But, are there really hard and fast rules you have to follow when creating your art?
