AU explanation

This is were the government (Ango just ango) helps the Port Mafia to look at Musutafu where everthing is black and white not Gray. They sent Chuuya and Dazai on this Mission. Their both 17 and this is going to be Dazai's last mission before he leaves the Port Mafia. Only Ougai Mori and Dazai know this os his last Mission, they never told chuuya. Everything in BSD and MHA happens normally. Dazai's in midnights class while chuuya is in Aizawa's. Uraraka hanged out and followed chuuya everywhere thus she meet dazai and the three became "close" friends. Izuku tagged along making them a grpup of four.
P.S. they transferred a week after UA highschool started
