Starting January 1, 2024, businesses like yours will need to report their beneficial owners to the U.S. Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, also known as FinCEN.

So, who needs to report? Any company that is filed with a state, US Territory, or Native American Tribe. This includes limited liability companies, corporations, limited partnerships, statutory trusts, and similar entities formed in the U.S. or formed in a foreign country and registered in the U.S.
