During 2020, Sydney Rail Services operated the Kiama Picnic Train, a tour that runs along the Illawarra and South Coast Line from Central Station in the Sydney CBD, to Kiama on the NSW South Coast. There was a tour operated in March, then they operated on most weekends from October to December. Steam Locomotive 5917 mainly hauled the tours, assisted by a Diesel. Steam Locomotive featured on a tour back in March.

Here is a Video Compilation of footage of the Kiama Picnic Train we've captured during 2020. We saw the train at a few locations around Sydney, plus we got to travel on a tour on Sunday 6th December.
