Happy Birthday to one of my closest friends ever, @Happy365_

huge thanks again to Revv for building in this, it wouldn't have been the same without you, and your part is amazing

also the reason Happy has a part is because he like exposed the entire collab through random evidence so I forced him to build a transition part since it basically wasn't a secret anymore

So when I decided to host this birthday collab this year it fell under the precedence that Happy hadn't gotten a collab since 2021, and that I feel all of my friends deserve at least one 2.2 birthday collab. However I'm to the point of not being as motivated or having enough time to host and polish big layouts like this any more. I can't seem to let myself not try and improve the quality of almost every part by adding different intricacies.

So, my intention for this was to go as all out as I possibly could. Full length song, as many members as I could possibly get that made sense, and getting Happy's favorite creator (Revv) as the special guest.

And honestly while it mostly worked out i kinda crashed and burned when it came to quality control. I didn't get myself enough time after parts were due and it kinda just turned into me rushing to put things together. (including the entire 2nd half of my part's structures)

I guess giving myself literally almost a minute of gameplay was probably not the move, but oh well. I enjoy most of what I made. it's just lacking intensity because it has no entrance or exit effects + I wanted to add particles and more shakes that I never got to add due to time constraints.

another thing was just the complexity of rsteel's part with reverses and the 2nd half of my part's with arrow triggers and the multiple axis dual bug. these created a sync nightmare. merging and using startpos is fine, but putting it all together is rough.

i made lots of mistakes, and definitely got too ambitious. was a learning experience nonetheless

so yeah. probably the last bday collab im gonna be the host for. ill build in other ones but it needs to become more of a specialty now rather than something we do all the time.

I know Happy really enjoyed and appreciated this layout no matter what, and im really glad. I do wish it could've been a bit more tho
