I spent the day speaking and teaching frisbee to students from Kindergarten to Grade 6, sharing my main message of "Best Effort Always".

During the assembly, I spoke about physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, and self-awareness.

During the workshops, the students learned about disc golf, ultimate, freestyle, and developed a growth mindset through unstructured, risky play in an environment of success.
