Connecting a plug to a wire is a fairly simple task that can be performed independently without resorting to the help of electricians. But in order to successfully and safely connect the plug, you need to know some nuances and pay due attention and patience to the installation.
The process of installing an electric fork to the wire is quite simple. Watch the video.

How to connect three wires to a plug – where the wires go.

Green-yellow wire - to the ground terminal. This is the top of the plug.
The blue wire leads to the neutral terminal.
Brown wire - to the live terminal.

Please note that some devices have a two-core cable with a current-carrying and neutral mode: these devices with double insulation do not require grounding.

If you need to repair such a device, where the colors of the wires are different, then their interpretation will also be different. In this case, green should connect to the ground, red - to the phase, and black - to neutral, with zero.
