Ingredients:
1 Loaf Brioche Bread (you can also use box bread)
½ Cup Condensed Milk
½ Cup Evaporated Milk
1 Cup Whipping Cream
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Tbsp Brandy
6 to 8 Eggs
Butter
Ground cinnamon (optional)
Berries (Strawberries, Blackberries, Blueberries)

Procedure:
With a toothed knife, make thick slices of the brioche bread.
In a bowl mix the milks together with the vanilla and brandy.
In another bowl, beat the eggs until perfectly integrated.
Dip a slice of bread briefly in the milk to prevent it from breaking, then dip it in the eggs, remove the excess liquid and fry in a pan with a little butter.
Brown on both sides, place on paper towel and sprinkle with a little cinnamon if desired.
Serve with berries of your choice and garnish with a little mint.
