This is the story of real customer bike. 2 days before their holiday they a bike in tatters. Anxious and downbeat they bought it to us for help. At the very last minute Trek / Bontrager came through and delivered the crash replacement wheel just as we needed it. Just as well because Hunt completely failed and sent the wrong size spokes with the correct ones out of stock. They use the Pillar spoke Wing 40.
