This is my morning routine on the days I wake up early ☕.
On my days off, I enjoy sleeping without an alarm and taking a nap twice.
I've heard that taking two naps is not good for the body.
However, when I wake up early and have the whole day off, I always feel like closing my eyes...
It's really hard to develop a consistent sleep pattern that suits me. 😪
