I had my heart set on a night by Loch Ken but it was not to be as there was really large fishing competition on the length of the loch that I fancied. The next best nearest spot was into the Galloway Forest along the Raiders Road, but all my favourite spots were taken so finally got set up at the Otters Pool.
I got set up for the night alongside some lads from Newcastle on a bit of ground that to my knowledge is regularly camped on, when a Ranger turned up saying that they had to move on because this was a no camping area. Watch the video for the full story.
