Using my CNC to help make a large bread peel for a friend who owns a local pizzeria (Village At Bruno’s). This will be used for placing and removing bread from a pizza oven.

Why is it called "peel"? The term peel is derived from the Latin word pala, which means spade. It earned its name because traditional pizza peels had spade-like shapes.
