His career milestones include pivotal roles at Motorola Solutions and MasTec Communications Group. Beyond his professional achievements, Lebeña is deeply committed to community service, having served as the Past President of the Kiwanis Club of Little Havana. His involvement in organizing Carnaval Miami, the largest Hispanic festival in the United States, underscores his dedication to improving the lives of underprivileged children in South Florida.
