•~INGREDIANTS~•

•|STEP:01
• Wheat: 600 g
• Chickpeas: 400 g
• Water: 4 litr
• Turmeric: half tbsp
• Salt: 1 tbsp / according to your taste

•| STEP:02
• Beef : 1kg
• Red chilli powder: 2 tbsp
• Turmeric: half tbsp
• Salt: 1 tbsp
• Cinnamon sticks: 1 finger size
• Ghee: 2 tbsp
• Water: half litr

• | STEP:03
• Garam masala powder: half tbsp
• fennel powder: ¼ tsp
• Ginger powder: ¼ tsp
• Oil / Ghee : 1 and half cup

• GARNISHING •
• Fry onion
• Ginger
• Coriander leafs
• Green chilli
