Most of us don’t plan our lives with redundancy or unemployment as part of our 5-year plan, but it’s something that many of us have faced or will face in the future. It can be confusing trying to navigate an ever changing job market and wondering if we should find a new 9 - 5 or embrace entrepreneurship and self-employment. We can experience a lot of shame and lose confidence embarking on the journey of trying something new but, it’s peaceful knowing that a few blips in the career road don’t erase us from the path of success and embracing our passions.
