The Vidanta Estates Division opened the Riviera Maya facility in April, 2024. Monica and her family were one of the first to stay in a 2 Bedroom Estates and loved it. Comments include words like fun, relaxing, pampered, lots of bird sounds, and view beautiful sunsets.

The Vidanta Estates facilities in Riviera Maya are unique because they are far from the rest of the resort, carved into the jungle, full of trees and fauna. In Monica's words, "We felt like we were at a quiet, private boutique hotel - which we loved."

The Grill and the huge pool were fully functional. The Joy Squad was leading activities such as stretch classes, mid-day water work outs and other fun activities.

Shops were open to sell a few high end items and mini-mart food items. The Estates Pool Bar and Spa will open soon.

Dining, Spatium treatments or the Beach Club activities on "The Other Side" are only 10 to 15 minutes away by private golf cart transportation arranged by the Estates Butlers. There is no special pool for Estates owners like the beachside pool in Nuevo Nayarit. But the Beach Club facilities made up for the loss two of their seven day trip.

Monica mentioned the early stay at a facility that just opened has staff members who are learning OTJ. The level of professionalism at this stage of the Butler Training is not equal to Nuevo Nayarit's staff. That said, she said she is looking forward her next stay at the East Cape facility.
