Assalamu Alaikum, My name is " Name" . I am an “New or existing” passport applicant. My passport application number “OID” and Date of Birth is “Date of Birth” I completed Biometrics on around “Date” by submitting all required documents at “Passport Office Location”, Dhaka for the renewal of my passport. Enrollment Date was “Date” and Delivery Date of collection of my passport was on “Date”, but today “Date”. After the local rework on “Date” the application status is stuck in “pending backend verification”. I am supposed to get my passport in 21 days. and still there is no news about my passport. I would also like to inform you that my Previous Passport had an error in my “parent’s” name as it was issued via birth-certificate a long time ago. Hence for renewal my Updated NID was used with all the proper documents needed and police verification of my parents’ identity was also done whereby I got a "Sarok Number" I have attached some of the Copies of My Police Verification. I am requesting the responsible authority to approve the pending backend verification so that I may receive my Passport as soon as possible as most of my work depends on it.
