So i have the big boss helping me in this episode!! Sophie is helping me strip down the chassis and axles ready to go and get pulled apart. I am also putting new bushes in the axles ready for pre painting. Also Matt number 1 is up helping with his big king pin press to take them out of the front axle.

So i have discovered a problem with the chassis which over time could lead to be a nightmare. Im only going to rebuild it once so down to two rails we go! So in my discovery i found that the chassis we are using was a H chassis which means “Heavy” so in layman’s terms there is 2 chassis rails. But what happens is over time they rot in between leading to major corrosion. So a big thank you from Matt (another Matt) for helping me take apart these two chassis and gassing out the bad bits!
