Merry Christmas to those who celebrate it.

I am posting this video for awareness purposes. I attempted suicide on my 22nd birthday, (December 21). I will not try again!
I was in the hospital during the Holidays. Many other people were in the hospital for the same reason I was.
I am spreading awareness for those who feel empty inside.
I have seen what suicide does to friends and family members, what attempts do, what depression and anxiety cause, and what the holidays do to everyone.

I beg you, please don't kill yourself. There are no pros to it.

I am happy I am alive today. The future awaits.

p.s. my sleep doctor has recommended that I continue to use nicotine for Narcolepsy. Nicotine is VERY addictive, but because it is a stimulant it helps keep me awake.
