To create this delicious recipe, you will need:
2 lbs of lamb chops/lamb shoulder chops
3-5 cloves of garlic depending on size
2 weriweri pepper or any pepper of choice(optional)
3-4 stems of fresh fine leaf thyme
1 broad leaf thyme(optional)
3 TBS olive oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Maggie bullion powder
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried basil
2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp kosher salt..Please use according to taste keeping in mine the Maggie bullion is salty.
1/4 cup chopped cilantro or parsley for garnish..
