Dip chicken tikka masala on fluffy cheese bajlama bread.

300g, 2 Chicken breasts
20g (1Tbsp) Sugar-free yogurt
4g (0.5Tbsp) Lemon juice
18g (1Tbsp) Minced garlic
6g (1Tbsp) Chili powder
Use 10g (1Tbsp) Curry powder
A little black pepper powder

48g (3Tbsp) Tomato pasta sauce
20g (1Tbsp) Sugar-free yogurt
30g (3Tbsp) Heavy cream (coconut milk ok)
6g (1Tbsp) Chili powder
Use 10g (1Tbsp) Curry powder
100ml Water
[Flatbread / 5-6 servings]

500g Bread flour (all-purpose flour available)
160ml Warm milk
160ml Warm water
10g (1.5Tbsp) Instant dry yeast
10g (1Tbsp) Sugar
8g (0.8Tbsp) Salt

Freeze leftover bread and reheat it in the microwave.
