The Human Side: Germany Helps Africa, an episode from the series, 'They Saw,' explores the influence of the government of West Germany's agricultural and industrial aid to Africa.
In Nigeria, there is support for the block-making industry, to support the creation of buildings and influence modernization. There is also a feature of Germany's influence in aeronautics: Lufthansa Airlines at the Ikeja Airport in Lagos.
