Today, I prepared "Pistachio Pound Cake" that I made last weekend after a long time!
It's my favorite pound cake, but I ate it so often that I got sick of it in the past haha
Even after eating for a long time, my favorite is my favorite! It's super delicious.

Pistachio Paste (The amount used in this recipe is 65g, so adjust accordingly)

✔Ingredients (frame size 21.5 x 9.5 x 6.3cm(H))
130g unsalted butter
Egg (whole egg) 110g
18g egg yolk
115g white sugar
2g salt
Cake flour or all purpose flour 140g
18g almond flour
3g baking powder
65g pistachio paste (unsweetened)
40g warm milk

80g White Coverture Chocolate
15 g vegetable oil
20g toasted pistachios
(If you prefer convenience over taste, you can use chocolate for coating.)
