One of the famous Bengali sweet is sandesh. In any special occasion sondesh is must have. In winter session nolen gur ( liquid jaagari) is also must have. And when sandesh is made with nolen gur, you cont say no to it. Nolen gurer sandesh is made with chottage cheeses and nolen gur. It can be made very easily at home.
