For Fish Molee 1 kg Filled in big big cubes
Prep - Chop 1 onion, 1 Tomato, 2 Green Chilli Ginger & Garlic , 1 Tin of Coconut Cream, Curry Leaves, Turmeric & Salt

Method - Take a Cooking utensil & Add Refind oil or coconut oil, Splitter the Curry leaf, now add the Green Chilli & Onions, fry till translucent, now add the chopped ginger garlic fry for 30 sec, now add the tomatoes with salt fry till cooked, now add the Turmeric fry well for 30 sec & now add the coconut cream add water to the amount of gravy u want & bring to a boil, now gently add the fish & cook for 5 minutes & fish molee is ready to eat with steamed rice
