السلام عليكم
في هذا الفيديو حاولت تطبيق التفاصيل القانونية لرسم العلم الوطني الجزائري. إستخدمت كمثال عرض 15 سم. لكن يمكنكم تطبيق الطريقة لجميع المقاييس.
⁦⁩⁦⁩🇩🇿⁩ خصائص العلم الجزائري معرفة بالقانون (رقم 63-145) لـ 25 أبريل 1963.⁩⁦🇩🇿⁩ عند رسم العلم يراعى ما يلي :
-يأخذ العلم شكلا مستطيلا مقسوما إلى شطرين متساويين أبيض و أخضر. وفي قلبه هلال و نجمة أحمرا اللّون.
- طول العلم يجب أن يساوي مرة ونصف عرضه.
- يكون الأخضر الأقرب دائما لسارية العلم و الأبيض في النصف الآخر.
- ترسم نجمة الخماسية داخل دائرة وهمية نصف قطرها ثمن 1/8 عرض العلم. يلامس رأسين من النجمة منتصف العلم على أن تبقى داخل الجزء الأبيض منه.
- أما الهلال فيرسم من تقاطع دائرتين كبيرة تتوسط العلم وأخرى صغيرة. يكون نصف قطر الدائرة الكبرى ربع 1/4 عرض العلم، أما الصغرى فخمسه 1/5.
رمزية الألوان :
تركيبة اللون الأخضر تكون من أصفر و أزرق بنفس الدرجة. أما الأحمر فيكون خالصا نقيا.
- اللون الأبيض في العلم يرمز للسلام والنقاء.
- اللون الأخضر يرمز للازدهار وثروات البلاد.
- اللون الأحمر فيدل على دماء شهداء حرب التحرير.
هناك عدة طرق لرسم النجمة الخماسية. إخترت الأفضل لتسهيل العملية على التلاميذ. إذا كنت مبتدئ في الهندسة، يمكنك رسمها بالمنقلة على أن تراعي زاوية 72° بين كل نقطتين من النجمة.

Dans cette vidéo, j'ai essayé d'appliquer les détails juridiques du dessin du drapeau national algérien. Dans mon exemple, j'ai pris 15 cm de largeur. Cependant, vous pouvez appliquer la méthode à toutes les échelles.
🇩🇿Les caractéristiques du drapeau algérien sont définies par la loi (n° 63-145) du 25 avril 1963🇩🇿 Afin de dessiner le drapeau algérien, les points suivants sont obligatoirement observés :
- Le drapeau est de forme rectangulaire divisée en deux parties égales, blanche et verte. Au centre, un croissant et une étoile rouges.
- La longueur du drapeau doit être égale à deux fois et demie sa largeur.
- Le vert est toujours le plus proche du mât et le blanc est l'autre moitié.
- Vous dessinez une étoile à cinq branches à l'intérieur d'un cercle imaginaire, dont le rayon est de 1/8 la largeur du drapeau. Deux têtes de l'étoile touchent le centre du drapeau et restent à l'intérieur de la partie blanche de celui-ci.
- Le croissant est dessiné à partir de l'intersection de d'un grand et d'un petit cercle au milieu du drapeau. Le rayon du grand cercle est 1/4 de la largeur du drapeau, tandis que le plus petit cercle en est 1/5.
Symbolique des couleurs:
La couleur verte est une combinaison du jaune et du bleu aux proportions identiques. Quant au rouge, il est pur.
- La couleur blanche du drapeau symbolise la paix et la pureté.
- Le vert symbolise la prospérité et la richesse du pays.
- La couleur rouge indique le sang des martyrs de la guerre de libération.
