Kyle - "We love to program variations of the chest supported rows during times of high back and extensor fatigue. The lats get a lot of attention and development work in most strength coaches programs. However, we commonly see them programmed in just horizontal and vertical positions. If you are hammering the lats hard multiple times per week you need to make sure you are not carrying too much fatigue from the developmental work on the lats into your squat and deadlift sessions. This variation is a perfect tool to add to your toolbox."

A few other options:
Machine Chest Supported Row
Supported DB Row
Pendlay Row
Seal Row

This is an effective and fast way to set up your incline bench into a safe seal row alternative!
