So today is all about snacks! Here are my favorite foods that I snack on during the day while teaching and dancing! What do I like about these? Quick, simple, energy boosting and not messy!

1. Fresh carrots
2. Mini bell peppers
3. Mozzarella packs
4. Dried mangos and apricots
5. A few coffee beans
