Steve is a behind the scenes icon in Jacksonville's Broadcasting history. He got the news bug as a high school student at Terry Parker and began his career while in high school as a still photographer for the Florida Times-Union. He moved over to television as a news photographer and finished as a web designer and veteran newsroom manager at WJXT TV 4.
