There are many ways to create edges in Blender. One of the easiest ways is to use Freestyle!

Be sure to go under Render Settings and enable Freestyle. Under Layer Properties you can find more additional settings!

Freestyle is an edge based non-photorealistic rendering engine. It relies on mesh data to draw lines. You can create different looks for cartoons or blueprints!
It creates an additional layer above our render, based on our geometry.
Works in Eevee and in Cycles!
