曲水亭街北起大明湖路，南经西更道街北口转东止东更街北口，东临百花洲，通后宰门街、小兴隆街，西通泮壁街、辘轳把子街和涌泉胡同，北临院后街，南临珍珠泉宾馆。门牌1-35号，2-20号。长530米，宽2.8米，沥青路面。在小兴隆街西口附近的河东岸，原有三间草房，名曲水亭，坐东朝西，房前屋后，小溪弯弯，流水潺潺，垂杨依依，亭门悬挂着郑板桥撰写的对联：“三椽茅屋，两道小桥，几株垂柳，一湾流水”。街以亭而得名，亭以水而命名，水以曲而著称。如此神韵，让人感叹。
曲水亭街连接大明湖、百花洲、王府池子、芙蓉街，文化气息十分浓厚。北靠济南天下第一泉风景区大明湖、南接西更道、东望德王府北门，西邻济南府学文庙。从珍珠泉和王府池子而来的泉水汇成河，与曲水亭街相依，一边是青砖碎瓦的老屋，一边是绿藻飘摇的清泉，临泉人家在这里淘米濯衣。曲水亭街依然完整地保留着《老残游记》中“家家泉水，户户垂杨”的泉城风貌。
Qushuiting Street starts from Daming Lake Road , turns to the north of Donggeng Street in the south through the north exit of Xigengdao Street, turns to the north exit of Donggeng Street in the east, passes Baihua Island in the east, Houzaimen Street, Xiaoxinglong Street, Panbi Street, Zhuizhouzi Street and Yongquan Hutong in the west, Yuanhou Street in the north, and Pearl Spring Hotel in the south. On the east bank of the river near the west entrance of Xiaoxinglong Street, there were three straw houses, the famous Qu Water Pavilion, sitting east to west, in front of the house, the stream is curved, the water is murmuring, the weeping poplar is Yiyi, and the couplet written by Zheng Banqiao hangs on the door of the pavilion: "Three rafter cottages, two small Bridges, a few weeping willows, a bay of water." The street is named after the pavilion, the pavilion is named after the water, and the water is famous for the song. So verve, let people sigh.

Qushuiting Street connects Daming Lake, Baihua Island, Wangfu Pond, Furong Street, and has a strong cultural atmosphere. To the north is Daming Lake, the first spring Scenic spot in Jinan, to the south is West Gengdao, to the east is the north gate of De Wang Mansion, and to the west is Jinan Fuxue Temple. From pearl spring and Wang Fu pond from the spring into the river, with the Qushui ting Street, one side is the old house of broken bricks, one side is the green algae floating spring, Linquan people here wash rice washing clothes. Qushuiting Street still retains intact the style of spring city of "every spring, every household weeping poplins" in Lao Can's Travels.
