Hey guys,
This middle splits for beginners video is intended to really target your inner thigh and groin area. Some stretches will feel intense as we will be holding some poses for a 1min. As long as you breath through the stretches, without pushing too hard, you'll come out alive hun!
You will notice, we dont actually go into the middle splits in this video, this will be saved for part 2. Use this video to open your inner thighs and feel the burn.
Use this video 3x a week for the best results.
