How to cook a moist turkey. Defrosting a turkey can take up to 3 days to defrost in your fridge. Brining it from frozen will add flavour and will reduce defrosting time in more than half. Brine recipe
1 litre salt
3/4 litre sugar
15-16L of water

Make sure the brine is completely cool before adding your poultry

Optional aromatics
1/4 cup granulated garlic
1/4 cup granulated onion
6 bay leaves
1 tablespoons pepper corns
2 tbsp dried thyme
2 tbsp dried sage
