Un testimone d'eccezzione presenta questo territorio di montagna , è lo scrittore ponentino Francesco Biamonti , poeta e narratotore del territorio ,mancato qualche anno orsono ,ma che ci onoriamo di vedere ed ascoltare in questo documentario come testimone di un parco che ancora oggi stenta a vedere la luce amminiatrativa .Un territorio bellissimo quello delle alpi liguri con cime , vette e sentieri (famoso il sentiero degli alpini) di grande pregio ,Una popolazione con tradizioni particolari(le streghe di Triora) ed una lingua propria ,il brigasco,le cui origini ,che non trova radici in nessun altro ceppo linguistico mediterraneo.
