This is the third of three videos where I talk about the way we live from our desires and how this is not as benign as we think.

Living from our desires is one of the reasons there is such devaluing of people who are poor, disabled, or different from us. When we live from our desires we judge people from the basis of our twisted value system rather than from the value system of righteousness.

In two previous videos I talked about how living from our desires is not benign, but the harm that comes from this, and in this video I talk about how we have contempt upon the poor and needy because we live from our desires, rather than having the godly love and judgment Christ calls us to. The Christian is supposed to be a person who comes out of these mean value systems and truly loves people in full equality, judging only from the basis of righteousness (not appearances). This great friendship of God is what He extends to all of mankind, judging not upon the basis of anything external, but solely upon the basis of who will do what is right.
