FOR THE SAPIN-SAPIN
1 cup powdered malagkit (glutinous rice or sweet sticky rice flour)
2 cups thick coconut milk
1 cup sugar
1 can condensed milk
purple and egg yellow food color
FOR THE LATIK:
2 cups thick coconut milk
FOR THE BUDBOD (topping)
1 cup dessicated coconut
1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons sugar
