+Also, Khmer people tried to change to statistic of highrises of your Phnom Penh to 357 buildings and said it was an official source from emporis.com but actually, the page still say Phnom Penh only has 38 buildings as highrise.

+ Phnom Penh are not listed as a Global city due to it small and weak economy, while Ho Chi Minh City is a beta plus level global city, and being among 100 cities that have the largest economy in the world. (Search Google Global City, you will see)
