BT are upgrading all the old analogue telephone lines to new BT Digital Voice. BT are offering a free handset which connects by WiFi to your BT Smart Hub 2.
The free handset uses rechargeable batteries which can be changed when they no longer hold a lot of charge. The video shows how to open the handset and change the batteries. It also shows the specification of the batteries so that you can order replacement batteries.
