Craig and I head back to one of our favourite Miocene era beaches to look for any new fossils that had been exposed by the tide. It turns into an unforgettable hunt with species after species turning up! We find large fossil whale bones, a fossil fish, some crabs and even what could be a fossil turtle skull.

We cap it off with a fire on the beach where we cook some cheese kranskys and watch the sun set behind the mountains. What a great day!
