A spirit of weariness and hopelessness has begun in the hearts of many pastors,  who have begun to turn aside from their calling, now leaving a vacancy of leadership in churches. Some have physically left while others have emotionally checked out. The task of caring for God’s sheep has become too arduous for many.

“Concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, we ask you,  not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of Christ had come.  Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first”
2Thess 2:1-3

He comes with His winnowing fork and a strong wind has begun to separate.
Matt 3:12 “His winnowing fork is in his hand, and he will clear his threshing floor.”
