The 12th Doctor (Peter Capaldi) was quite a divisive Doctor among the Doctor Who fandom. Aside from the occasional Heaven Sent, a lot of his tenure was dismissed as being filled with "bad writing". However, with the 13th Doctor (Jodie Whittaker) era having been and gone, and Russell T.
